Service Description

I am a relationally trained therapist, meaning I am always considering clients in relation to others in their life when doing therapy. I do not believe the issues we struggle with are simply individual problems but most often wounds that have happened in relation to another. Even though in individual therapy we don't physically bring those others into the therapy room, they are most certainly taken into consideration on your healing journey. Individual sessions are available for youth (ages 6-17) and some adult individuals. Consultation can help us see if we'd be a good fit together.
