Couples & Family Therapy
We are our best selves in connection with others, but some of our deepest wounds are because of disconnection with others. Whether it's you and your partner, you and your child, or you and a friend, therapy can help you understand and heal those ruptures.

I primarily work with couples and children, but in some circumstances will see individuals.
Therapy treatment is personalized and as unique as you are, so we will work together to discuss your needs and what treatment you feel may be most helpful for you.

Along with my extensive training in couples therapy, I also specialize in treating trauma and PTSD and use EMDR, which may help speed up the healing process.
In-person and virtual therapy sessions are available for residents of Texas only.

Therapy for kids and teens
With over 18 years experience as a public school educator, I feel confident in working with youth of all ages. I enjoy spending my days around kids and love to hear them share their perspective on all things. Their voice is valid, and in the therapy space we explore this in multiple ways, whether it is through art, play, talking, or movement. I am honored to provide a space for them that helps them express themselves.

I also believe guardians are an important piece of the therapy process when working with youth and ask that you are an active member in their healing and growing process. I can help show you how!

While I see kids of all ages in-person, I only see kids age 12+ virtually.

Grief Recovery Intensives
My training in grief and loss gives me insight into the numerous issues in our life that are tied to grief and loss, including bereavement. Life transitions, such as divorce or moving locations, pet loss, and loss of health are just a few of over 60 types of loss that can be considered grief. I aim to help you identify these losses and complete them in a way that helps you to heal what you wish would have been different, better or had more of all within the safety of community.
